Belman Design is wholly owned by Belman Group. By accessing and using the Belman Design’s website (www.belman-design.com) and/or any associated Belman Group websites or online services, the website user (“the user”) acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and applicable law. The website is the exclusive property of Belman Group, a company registered and operating under the laws of Denmark, registered in the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) under CVR number: 17 69 42 35, with its headquarters located at Oddesundvej 18, 6715 Esbjerg N, Denmark, hereinafter referred to as “Belman Group”. Copyright and use of Belman Group materials
All content on the Belman Group website, as well as any other marketing materials published by Belman Group, is protected by copyright © and other applicable intellectual property laws. Restrictions on images and artificial intelligence (AI)
Belman Group images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, and any other visual materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, or otherwise used in their original form or in any modified, edited or AI-generated form without Belman Group’s prior written permission. This includes any alterations to the original images, such as changing colours, colour tones, brightness, contrast, backgrounds, proportions, composition, or other visual properties, whether performed manually, digitally or using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Furthermore, Belman Group images and other visual materials may not be used, in whole or in part, as source material, reference images, image elements, product representations or backgrounds in fully or partially AI-generated images, illustrations, graphics, videos or other visual content. The use of AI tools to modify, recreate, transform, extend, enhance, or incorporate Belman Group images into new visual content does not grant any right to use, reproduce, publish, or distribute such materials. Uploading Belman Group images, photographs, illustrations or other visual materials to AI platforms or services for the purpose of image generation, image editing, modification, reproduction, AI model training, or other AI-related processing is also prohibited without Belman Group’s prior written permission. These restrictions apply regardless of the platform, medium or purpose of use, including websites, social media, digital advertising, presentations, printed materials and other commercial or non-commercial communications.
All restrictions in this section are subject to any rights or exceptions provided by applicable law.
Permission and Authorisation
Any use of Belman Group content, images, illustrations, brochures, catalogues, or other marketing materials requires prior written authorisation from Belman Group, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
